Front and top of case are made from one piece of acrylic (plexiglas), giving an aesthetically pleasing rollover appearance with fewer seams. Black acrylic base covered with synthetic turf gives authentic action appearance. Top and bottom pieces do not attach, they sit nicely together on a shelf. The top lifts off for easy access to displayed item. The color of the risers you receive may vary slightly from what you see on this listing. This is due to variations in lighting, base/background colors, and/or color calibration of devices used to view the image. Rubber feet are placed on the bottom to protect from scratching your table or shelf. This is a wonderful gift for the person who has it all, but needs something to display it in.
