In this contemporary ensemble from Mattel's City Seasons collection, Barbie's ready to step out in foggy London with cosmopolitan flair. She carries a large, black umbrella and a shopping bag from a luxury boutique (not Harrods, however, as one would half expect). Actually, with fiery red hair and plaid accents, this Barbie has a decidedly Scottish look. A red fleece turtleneck peeks out from the collar of her trench. A dark plaid wraparound skirt with stylish tassels is worn with black opaque stockings and black ankle boots. The outfit is topped by her long trench coat (fully lined in plaid) and a large beret with a feather accent. Gold buttons and a side-knotted trench belt are the finishing touches for a pulled-together look. --Diane Beall
